Bee Swarm progression and Revolution Macro setup
Your Bee Swarm stage tells you what is worth turning on in Revolution next. The Definitive Blue Hive Guide covers blue hive builds, beequips, and gear priorities. Pick the stage that matches you, read the linked guide section, then configure Revolution from the links in the same row.

Blue hive stages
Section titled “Blue hive stages”1. First install through ~25 bees
Section titled “1. First install through ~25 bees”You are redeeming codes, building Polar Power (500 minimum, aim for 1500+), and getting your first gather-and-convert session going. Open the Complete Earlygame Progression Guide §1, §1.5, and §2.1–2.2 for codes, quests, and your first field setup.
Configure in Revolution:
- Start with Your first gathering session and What Revolution does and doesn’t do
- Turn on Polar Bear quests in Automate quests
- Enable Wealth Clock and Glue Dispenser in Automate dispensers and wealth clock
Pine Tree with Kettle or CornerXSnake is a solid early honeymaking setup. Overfilling is normal before Buoyants and an SSA, so focus on capacity from beequips and amulets before you worry about pattern tweaks. Leave Wealth Clock on for daily tickets and Honey Per Pollen stacks. Turn it off only during Honeyday.
2. Stable gather and convert (~25–45 bees, pre-SSA)
Section titled “2. Stable gather and convert (~25–45 bees, pre-SSA)”You are settling into early blue and beginning to replace a mixed setup with blue hive choices. Read Earlygame Blue in the Definitive Blue Hive Guide for the progression goals and hive choices. Earlygame §2.3–2.5 walks the broader path.
Configure in Revolution:
- Add gather fields, patterns, and conversion settings in Choose fields and patterns and Gather settings
- Set up hourly reports so you can track fill and uptimes under Settings → Reports
- Set up Automate quests and any Memory Match types you want to run.
Use Gather settings to observe how your account fills and converts, then adjust one setting at a time. The Definitive Blue Hive Guide’s macro settings and hourly-report sections explain the game-side symptoms to watch for.
3. SSA and mid-game blue (~45 bees through ~level 17)
Section titled “3. SSA and mid-game blue (~45 bees through ~level 17)”You are improving your Pop Star SSA, filling mythic slots, gifting bees, and pushing toward level 17. Read Midgame Blue for the hive goals, then use the Revolution guides below for macro setup.
Configure in Revolution:
- Turn on AI Gather when your hive color starts affecting which fields you farm in Set up AI Gather
- Add auto planters and nectar upkeep in Set up auto planters and Planter timeline
- Run Bucko quests when you are working towards Hydroponic (150) or Tide Popper (250) quest counts on Automate quests
Before changing a field or pattern, use the guide’s hourly-report advice to identify whether the limiting issue is fill, capacity, or a game-side buff. Configure only the matching Revolution feature.
4. Tad alts and coordinated macro (~level 17+, 2+ alts)
Section titled “4. Tad alts and coordinated macro (~level 17+, 2+ alts)”Tadpole alts support a blue main with bubbles, Pop Stars, and pollination. Read Tadpole Alts in the Definitive Blue Hive Guide and the Complete Alt Account Guide before choosing account roles.
Configure in Revolution:
- Connect relay and account roles in Connect accounts with relay
- Enable Tad Sync when Main boosts blue fields in Set up Tad Sync
- Run background multi-account macro in Run Revolution on RDP
Tad alts let you coordinate your own accounts instead of depending only on a shared macro server. Revolution uses relay and Tad Sync for that coordination. The guide’s macro-server section helps you decide when a shared server is still useful.
5. Endgame planters, boosts, and Honeyday
Section titled “5. Endgame planters, boosts, and Honeyday”You are working toward late- and endgame blue goals, RBC blessing boosts, and Honeyday setups. Read Lategame Blue, Endgame Blue, and Boosting Guidance to decide what to work toward next, then configure Revolution based on the activity you choose.
Configure in Revolution:
- Set up field boost and Honeyday material usage in Auto field boost
- Add RBC alt gather if you do drive runs in RBC alt gather
Auto Field Boost with glitter and dice fits Honeyday strategies. Set its material toggles in Revolution to match the plan you chose in the guide.
Red and white hives
Section titled “Red and white hives”Red and white paths lean on fuzzy or hybrid alts more than blue does on tad alts. You will spend more time farming field bug materials and stocking stingers than running long blue honeymaking sessions. You can find hive comps, boosting technique, and alt build order in the Red Hive Guides and White Hive Guides. The Complete Alt Account Guide §4.2–4.3 covers white and red alt arrangements.
Configure in Revolution:
- Set Hive Color to red or white and use AI Gather on your main field in Set up AI Gather
- Turn on Bug runs when you want to farm materials
- Follow the Set up Vic Hop guide to hop public servers and collect stingers
- Connect fuzzy or gumdropper alts through Connect accounts with relay and Run Revolution on RDP
Red boosting usually centers on Pepper Patch. White boosting needs enough gumdroppers on-field to keep goo up. Stinger-saving strategies in the red guides pair well with Vic Hop when you are stocking up outside a boost.
