Run Revolution Macro on RDP for Bee Swarm Simulator

You can run Bee Swarm Simulator macros in Roblox while you use the same PC for school, work, or another game. Remote Desktop (RDP) gives Revolution its own Windows desktop (the RDP session) while your host desktop stays free.

You can configure Revolution inside an RDP session after setting it up. Setting up the session itself, especially on Windows Home, is covered in a community RDP setup guide.

Before you start

  • You have a working Windows RDP session you can sign into (Windows Pro built-in, or Home after community setup). If RDP Wrapper shows Not supported or you cannot connect, fix that in the community RDP setup guide before continuing here.
  • You will install and run Revolution and Roblox inside the RDP session, not only on the host. Finish Install and first run (Windows) once.

Steps

  1. Open your Windows Remote Desktop session and sign in. You should see a full Windows desktop separate from your host desktop.

  2. Inside the RDP session, open Windows display settings. Set Scale to 100%. Set resolution to at least 1366×768 (prefer 1920×1080 when available). Turn HDR and Auto-HDR off.

  3. Open Task Manager on the host desktop and inside the RDP session. End any leftover Roblox processes on both desktops. Install and start Revolution and Roblox only inside the RDP session.

  4. Start the macro from the main UI. Status should progress through Opening Roblox, Game Loading, and Game Loaded, or show a clear join or load error.

Troubleshooting

Loads time out or the character doesn’t move in RDP

Cause: In a slow RDP session, the join may exceed Load Timeout, or Roblox is still running on your host desktop while you macro inside the session.

Fix:

  1. Open Task Manager on the host and inside RDP. End every Roblox process on both desktops, then start Revolution and Roblox only inside the RDP session.
  2. Confirm RDP display scale is 100% and HDR is off.

Controller or keyboard on the host moves Roblox in RDP

Cause: Windows routes keyboard and controller input across desktops. When your host desktop has focus, input can still reach Roblox inside the RDP session.

Fix: Click or type on the desktop you want to control before playing. No Revolution setting fixes this.
